The
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act was created by
Congress in 1977 in order to stop abusive practices by 3rd
party debt collectors. The Act, in and of itself,
has kept most of the 3rd party debt collectors in line
except for a determined few who wantonly skirt the law
in order to maximize their profits through abusive debt
collection practices in not only Michigan but across
the country.
FDCPA
Violations.com was created to help Michigan debtors
and those debtors throughout the country who have been
seriously abused by debt collectors who break the law as
a common practice and need to be stopped. Our
legal/referral service (depending on the specific facts
of your FDCPA Violations) allows you to get some help
from those flagrant violators of the FDCPA by
either handling your potential case in house or
referring your potential case to a highly qualified Michigan
FDCPA attorney, who's primary practice is defending
Michigan debtors who have had their rights violated under
the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Our
services are free to those of you in Michigan who feel that
